- All categories (mechanical, valves, finishes, wear parts): 1 year from date of purchase.

- This warranty is designed to be compatible with common project specifications and does not extend beyond the periods above.
3) What We Will Do (Remedy)
If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the applicable period, AQUASBATH will, at our option:
- Provide replacement parts or a replacement product, or
- Provide an equivalent model if the original is discontinued.
We do not cover labor for removal, re-installation, or access, nor incidental or consequential damages—unless required by applicable law. Where permitted, replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.
4) What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Improper installation, misapplication, or not following local plumbing codes (e.g., unlicensed installation where licensing is required).
- Abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, acidic/alkaline chemicals, bleach, solvents, harsh disinfectants, or wax/polish on finishes.
- Damage from hard water, limescale, sediment, corrosion from salt air/spray, or water with aggressive chemistry (e.g., high chloride).
- Thermal shock, freezing, over-pressure, or supply water temperature/pressure outside spec.
- Normal wear (aerators, O-rings, seals) beyond their coverage, surface scratches from use, and cosmetic changes from cleaning practices.
- Alteration, improper repair, or use with non-AQUASBATH components; damage from transport, storage, accident, or force majeure.
- Any cost, loss, or damage arising from downtime, access issues, or missed bookings.
5) Care & Maintenance (Protect Your Finish + Performance)
- Clean with water + neutral soap and a soft cloth only. Rinse and dry after cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive pads, powder cleansers, acidic or alkaline cleaners, alcohol, solvents, essential oils, or disinfectant wipes with strong chemistry.
- In hard-water areas, wipe dry after each use to avoid mineral spotting; descale aerators using mild, non-acidic methods only.
- Before installation, flush supply lines to remove debris that can damage cartridges and valves.
6) Making a Warranty Claim
Please contact AQUASBATH (or your point of purchase) with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice) and purchase date
- Model/SKU and quantity involved
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue and the installed environment
- Brief description of symptoms (when it occurs, which handle/outlet, hot/cold, flow/temperature, etc.)
- For valves: installation date, water pressure and temperature at site (if available)
For trade partners, an RMA number will be issued when required. Claims are evaluated promptly so projects keep moving.
7) Shipping & Logistics for Replacements
- Trade/Project Customers: To reduce cost and carbon footprint, approved warranty parts are typically consolidated with your next bulk shipment. If you need parts faster, expedited shipment can be arranged at your cost.
- International freight, duties, and taxes are not included.
- Retail/Consumer Customers: If you purchased through a reseller, please initiate the claim via your place of purchase; we’ll support them directly.
8) Transferability
- For residential use, coverage applies to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable.
- For commercial projects, warranty applies to the original contracting party according to the terms above.
9) Parts Availability
We maintain a robust spare-parts program for our core lines and aim to keep service parts available for up to 10 years after discontinuation of a model.
10) Legal Notes (EU/US Friendly)
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, AQUASBATH disclaims all implied warranties beyond the applicable warranty period stated above. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
- In the EU/UK, this commercial guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If there’s a conflict between this warranty and mandatory local consumer protection laws, the latter control.
